If you want to go a little beyond of the classical Turkish cuisine’s appetizers, you should definitely try Bağarası Restaurant located in the folk of Bitez. It is opened in every season with its different flavors and friendly atmosphere under the trees. Sea bass smoked with rosemary and thyme, octopus keşkek (a dish of mutton or chicken and coarsely ground wheat), fresh peas with strawberries and quinoa should be tried. Reservation is must for this restaurant as it is almost impossible to find any place in summer season.
